20 miles and my feet hurt

Just finished a 13 mile walk with the team; yesterday I did about 6 with a friend.
Two evening walks planned this week, and maybe an early morning one one day–I have to get those miles in, or I won’t be ready (or I will be *ready*, but unable to walk after the Avon walk weekend).
Once I get to July, the Avon walk will be over; at that point, I’ll switch to hiking–if you know me and want to do some hikes later in the summer, let me know. Also interested in learning about hiking groups people belong to that they find worthwhile.

    You should try some Good Feet arch supports inside your walking shoes.
    My wife walks daily and swears by them.
